Let's keep our community beautiful by following these SIMPLE guidelines:

• DO NOT overfill the recyclables or trash bins. Take your trash to another community dumpster or wait until the next scheduled pickup.
  
  
• Place bulk items by the dumpsters ONLY on the 1st and 3rd Thursday evening of each month. Preferably, have the company delivering your new bulk items remove the your old items.
  
  
• Report abuse prompty by contacting management.
  
  
• Do not place any loose trash in the bins that can be picked up by the wind and caught in our surrounding shrubs.
